Dynamic Telecom offers Siemens® /Rolm® and Nortel installation and support to
customers nationwide.

Siemens® /Rolm®
Installation and technical support for all Siemens® /Rolm® systems is available at $75 per hour. Dynamic Telecom offers substantial discounts for customers who sign service contracts or purchase prepaid blocks of time for technical support. These blocks can be used over an indefinite period of time and provide lower cost service on an as needed basis.

Nortel
Nortel Norstar® system support and installation is available by Nortel trained and certified technicians at $75 per hour. Dynamic Telecom offers substantial discounts for customers who sign service contracts or purchase prepaid blocks of time for technical support. These blocks can be used over an indefinite period of time and provide lower cost service on an as-needed-basis.

Warranty

We back all our products with an Advanced Replacement Warranty equal to or greater than the manufacturer’s. Although it is very rare, if one of our products is defective or fails, we will ship a replacement one to you before you have to return the defective equipment.

New Products
Products that are purchased by Dynamic Telecom directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer or its Authorized Distributor "as new" or "like new" are considered new, and carry any appropriate new part warranty from the manufacturer.

Refurbished Products and Customer Repair
Refurbished products are those that are not new, but have been refurbished by Dynamic Telecom or the manufacturer to “good as new” condition. All refurbished phones also include new/unused handset and line cords. Refurbished products offer the look and functionality of new products but at a much lower price. And all refurbished products are offered with the standard Dynamic Telecom warranty of material and workmanship.



Repair and Refurbishing

Why buy a new one when we can fix the defect and make it “like new”? Even if you didn’t originally buy it from us, Dynamic Telecommunications, Inc. offers reconditioning and repair services on most phones--whether the display has stopped working or the buttons are stuck. Every item sold or repaired receives a Dynamic Telecom serial number and is tracked in our computerized system that allows us to monitor the warranty period for every product we sell or repair. This makes it easier for our customers by eliminating their need to track services and repairs.

Technical support for all Siemens® /Rolm® and Nortel systems is available by calling 800-383-9229. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Dynamic Telecom offers substantial discounts for customers who sign service contracts or purchase prepaid blocks of time for technical support. These blocks can be used over an indefinite period of time and provide lower cost service on an as needed basis.
