
New Products
Products that are purchased by Dynamic Telecom
directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer or its Authorized Distributor "as new" or "like
new" are considered new, and carry any appropriate new part warranty from
the manufacturer.
Refurbished Products
Refurbished products are those that are not new, but have been refurbished
by Dynamic Telecom or the manufacturer to approximately new condition. All refurbished
phones also include new handset and line cords. Refurbished products offer the
look and functionality of new products but at a much lower price. And all refurbished
products are offered with the standard Dynamic Telecom warranty of material and
workmanship.
Backorders
Products that are normally carried by Dynamic Telecom, but are currently not
available may be purchased on Backorder. A backordered purchase will be shipped
when the product is received, and no charges will be made until the order is
shipped. Placing a product on Backorder ensures that it will be shipped at the
earliest possible time. Backorders may be canceled at any time prior to the actual
shipment. When possible, a projected availability date (ETA) will be displayed
to inform the customer of the projected availability date of the part.
Warranty
All of our hardware is backed with a one-year warranty from Dynamic Telecom.
Some items are backed with a two-year manufacturers' warranty. Every item sold
or repaired receives a Dynamic Telecom serial number and is tracked in our computerized
system which allows us to monitor the warranty period for every product we sell
or repair.
Returns
Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMA's), for goods damaged or defective
(refurbed or out-of-box) are issued via telephone, fax or e-mail. RMA numbers
MUST be visible on the return label of each carton of merchandise returned, otherwise
the shipment will be refused. Returns must be received by Dynamic within the
period set forth in the RMA, and out-of-box defectives must be in the manufacturers
original packaging and carton. RMA's will NOT be provided for merchandise not
currently stocked or special ordered - instead - a credit for merchandise only
will be issued.
Restocking Fees
In Stock items are subject to 10% of the invoice amount. Order
refusal or cancellations will be charged for shipping and handling fees, plus
15% of the invoice amount.
Shipping
Dynamic Telecom can ship your order via UPS or FEDEX, overnight
or economical ground service. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
If not, you will be notified by your sales representative and given a projected
ship date for your order. For your convenience, charges for shipping are prepaid
and added to your invoice. You will only be invoiced for the equipment we have
shipped.
Service & Installation
Certified technician support for Norstar systems is provided at $75 per hour.
Dynamic Telecom offers substantial discounts for customers who sign service contracts
or purchase prepaid blocks of time for technical support. These blocks can be
used over an indefinite period of time and provide lower cost service on an as
needed basis.
Payment Terms
Upon approval of a credit application, Dynamic Telecom offers
net 30 terms to our customers. To help streamline the process for our customers,
we also accept payments using your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit
card.
